- 500g lamb or beef mince
- 150g peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 large red onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Fresh ginger
- 1 avocado
- 6 tomatoes
- ½ cucumber
- 25g bunch of coriander
- 1 lemon
- 100g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
- Grated cheese to serve (optional)
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
- 45g sugar
- 4 wraps or soft tortillas
- 200g basmati or standard long grain rice
