Great collection of tastes, particularly loved the coconut chutney.
Absolutely delicious! As are all your recipes. I haven't written a review before but we are so pleased to receive the Spicery box each month! I never taste as I cook, so the final result is always a wonderful surprise. Thank you for such a fantastic service.
Great to hear you really enjoyed this rich and delicious dish!
This was a really delicious curry. We both loved it. The coconut flavour though out really tied it all together. The flavours were deep and warming. It was pretty straightforward to cook also. Thumbs up from Peru.
Great to see you cooking your spicebox all the way over there in Peru! It certainly looks delicious, and we love those gorgeous striped bowls too. We're so happy to hear how much you both loved this dish!
The Keralan Beef Fry was amazing! The right amount of spice and as it is cooked for a long time the beef was tender and tasty. The coconut chutney was refreshing and cut through the accompaniments well. A really tasty spicebox that we’ll order again.
Great work, Siobhan - that all looks amazing, and your Balti bowls are perfect for showcasing all of the food! We're really pleased to hear how much you enjoyed this one!
Works very well together with mujadara :-)
