My brother combined his curry legends recipes to cook up an Indian feast of chicken Tikka Masala, lamb Tikka Madras, saag aloo and homemade naan breads. All of which were amazing!
Vegetable pakora, tomato chutney, chicken madras, jeera rice and chapatis. Fabulous!
Just look at those colours! Well done!
Wow. This was fab, blinking spicy but great. Loving the curry book.
That's great to hear! Happy spicing!
Really nice.
Looks good Neha! Hope those red chillies weren't too hot.....
The best madras I've ever had...
Woohoo that's great to hear, glad you enjoyed it!
Cooked up a storm - including the mango chutney and homemade naan bread. Absolute winner for the first dish cooked from the curry legend book. Watch this space..
Wow - what a debut! This looks absolutely delicious, especially in your lovely Balti bowls and that gorgeous patterned plate for the naans. We'll certainly be watching this space, and can't wait to see what you make next from your Curry Legend book!
The most amazing, rich, flavoursome curry! And so easy with the kit. We loved it
This looks delicious, Lyndsey, great job! We're so happy to hear that you found it nice and simple to make, and that it went down a treat in your house!
Also made butter chicken, saag aloo, peshwari naans, keema naans and pilau rice with peas. I’m loving my Saturday nights cooking amazing Indian food. Danny from Lockleaze.
Yum - this looks delicious, Danny, a real feast! Nice work!
