  • About 175g (prepared weight) grated root veg (e.g carrot, butternut squash, parsnip, beetroot etc)
  • 2 green chillies - thinly sliced (seeds removed if you’d prefer less heat)
  • 80g gram (chickpea) flour plus ½ tsp baking powder OR 80g self-raising flour

Spicery amazing freebies through the years! Beer Bhajis from 2016, Caribbean Mango Chutney from 2018 and right up-to-date with Spring vegetable pakoras. Delicious accompaniments to a simple curry - yum!
