Pink Lemonade Blend
This blend contains an array of aromatics including floral rose petals and lavender, tangy hibiscus and rose hips, coriander for a hint of citrus and fennel for a touch of anise. Delicious and refreshing!

Ingredients:
- 2 lemons - zested and halved for juicing
- 100g caster sugar
- 1 litre cold fizzy water
- Ice cubes and extra lemon to serve (optional)
- 1 portion of PINK LEMONADE BLEND (1 portion/1 tbsp): Rose petals, rose hips, hibiscus, lavender, coriander, fennel
Method:
- Boil 200ml water with the sugar, lemon zest and the PINK LEMONADE BLEND for 5 minutes or until the liquid has reduced by ½ and you have a thick syrup
- Stir the lemon juice into the syrup then strain this mixture into a large jug (discarding the spices and lemon zest)
- Top the strained syrup with the fizzy water
- Serve in glasses over ice and lemon slices

When the Grandchildren arrived for dinner, we served the Spicery Pink Lemonade and it lasted less time than the normal Cokes or Pepsi's. They all said "Thank You The Spicery". What more can I say?
