Product Rating (2):
When I eat out I always like a light and fresh bread & these are the restaurant quality even if I do say so myself, or better.
Made a great side! Fantastic addition to a mid-week Curry when pressed for time, no long proving/rested needed. Works well with half white/half wholemeal flour. Takes me back to being in sunny Sri Lanka
Yum! It's great to hear you enjoyed these roti parathas - delicious and quick, they really are perfect to make mid-week!
