Mild, creamy and totally yummy!

YUM that Saag Paneer looks so creamy and dreamy- we're loving the swirls!

The first dish from the lovely new book "Chef's Specials". Fried the cheese rather than grilled and it got quite crispy. The recipe asked for 100 gms of Spinach but had to top that up with another 200 gms. Lovely meal though and thank you for the new book.

Looks delicious, Christopher - never a bad thing to pack in extra spinach! Great to see your 'Chef's Specials' debut!

Saag paneer is a firm favourite of mine, but when the shop didn’t have any paneer I had to improvise. So I give you ….. saag tofu and button mushroom! Worked a treat! Swopped the yoghurt for kefir for a bit of added gut health too!

We think this saag tofu and button mushroom dish looks spectacular, especially with the swirled kefir!

Not my favorite. The paneer has a funny consistence and the spinach boring. First time I don’t like a recipe

We're sorry to hear this wasn't a favourite recipe! Hopefully the next recipe makes up for this little blip and delivers fantastic flavours!
