Tagine is the name of the unique conical cooking pot used in Morocco, but it’s also used to describe gently spiced slow-cooked stews often sweetened with dried fruit or honey. The balance between the sweetness and the fragrance of the spices is a key element of refined Moroccan cooking and here they’re in perfect harmony!

From the mezze legend book. Tagine, garlic and chilli pickle, hummus and Turkish bread. The tagine was stunning. The hummus was excellent with the bread and some carrots for dipping and a four person serving lasted a couple of days. The pickle was good and so easy to do. Reeeeaaalllllyyyy enjoyed this meal

There's nothing better than coming back to a dinner that's cooked itself! We hope you enjoyed the tagine, and a lovely relaxing Sunday afternoon!

The Tagine is a really satisfying and comforting dish. The Tomato Pilaf soaked up the juices and was delicious.

Yum! It's great to hear you really enjoyed this terrifically tasty tagine!

The spicing is gentle, warming and comforting. It does of course, taste great too, which is why it's a family favourite.

We're huge lovers of tagine, too - such a lovely mild, sweet, warming dish! How wonderful to cook it in a proper tagine!
