Shopping List
  • 300g pork or beef mince
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 250g pak choi (a standard-size pack)
  • 500ml soy milk
  • 2 eggs (any size)
  • 2 tbsp tahini or smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (any type)
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • Dried egg noodles for 4

Really tasty, chilli oil is a nice touch. Would recommend shredding up some veg like carrot and cabbage to add an extra texture. Would work with veggie mince too.

Love the idea of the extra veg added for more texture, one for us to try ourselves!

This was great! We substituted pak choi for spinach as our local supermarket didn’t have pak choi. We are looking forward to having the second half tomorrow!

Probably more a 3.5, decent but not a favourite, have had the kit for most of a year though so that may have made an impact. (Forgot the eggs which also may have made a difference.)

We're loving the abundance of spring onions here!
