  • 100g spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 200g plain flour (plus extra for rolling)
  • 50g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 1 tsp sugar

First attempt at gluten free Theplas, using a mix of Doves Farm GF plain flour, cornflour and gram flour.

They look great Linda - nice job adapting the recipe to make a gluten free version!
