Aniseed

It is used in cuisines around the world to give the final dish a sweet, aromatic fragrance, and is also widely used in baking.

USES: Aniseed can be added to the dough for baked goods as well as to the fruit filling of a crumble or pie. It's distinctive flavour also complements minced meat well.
