The finest black peppercorns from the malabar coast of Southern India. Very high levels of essential oils and a very hot and deliciously fragrant flavour and scent when ground. Pepper was the driving force for the age of exploration when European adventurers made epic journies in search of the mystical, faraway lands that produced this fantastic spice.
Best if ground or crushed as closely as possible to the time of eating, grind over virtually any food whether sweet or savoury. Pepper is as much a complement to fruit as steaks.
