Delicious and very very tasty with contrasting flavours. I'm a bit of a spicy freak so it was a little bit mild for my tastes but my wife loved it enough to ask me to put it on the 'must have again' list.
We liked the chicken a lot but it was the hot sauce that stood out as being fantastic.

Great flavour clean plates all round!! The hot sauce worked so well and the jambalaya flavour was really good. Will definitely be making this one again.

I had an old recipe and used the recommendations of Paprika and Parsley with the spare chicken left from my Achari effort and some prawns. I found I needed a little more chicken so took out a pack from the freezer. It was too much so after an amazing Cajun Meal......
