CHRISTMAS STUFFING BLEND (1 portion = 3 tbsp): parsley, coriander leaf, sage, green bell pepper, thyme, garlic, onion, red bell pepper, chilli, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, cinnamon, allspice, paprika
May contain CELERY, MUSTARD and SESAME. Allergens are listed in CAPITALS
Spicery Christmas Stuffing Recipe:
PREP 20 mins
COOK 20 mins
HEAT 1
Serves 6 as a side
You Need:
400-450g pack of sausage meat or use veg sausages for a veg/vegan version
1 large onion - finely chopped
20g bunch of parsley - finely chopped
50g dried fruit (any type) - roughly chopped
40g unsalted nuts (any type) - roughly chopped
75g breadcrumbs
1 portion of CHRISTMAS STUFFING BLEND
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4
Combine the sausage meat with the onion, parsley, dried fruit, nuts, breadcrumbs, CHRISTMAS STUFFING BLEND and ½ tsp salt in a food processor for 30 seconds (or mix by hand) to a coarse, slightly sticky texture
Roll the mixture into 12 balls and place on a parchment-lined baking tray
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown all over and cooked through

This really was the best part of this year's christmas dinner! The spice blend added such a complimentary mix of flavours that you just couldn't resist trying it with everything on the plate. The stuffing was easy to put together and set aside ready to cook it later. The flavours it added went so well and added a touch of spice to brighten up the dinner as a whole. Everyone was in agreement that it was a recipe to repeat. The only downside was that we didn't have another sachet to share with others (now on order). Heartily recommend this for folks to try to spice up (no pun intended) any roast dinner.
