USES: Cloves are often used in both sweet and savoury blends and sauces from ketchup to worcester sauce. Try adding a pinch to honey, dried chilli and soy for a quick barbeque marinade. Also used in Chinese stocks and to perfume rice.

Didn't receive the order of cloves
The spices are all so fresh and aromatic: it made my Christmas cooking extra enjoyable to be using them, and the cakes extra delicious ( I think/hope). Everything drives so quickly too. I recommend them and send presents of their products all the time.

The tonka beans that I ordered were rotten. Not much to say, just threw them away. A waste of money.
