These leaves have a sweet flavour and distinctive fragrance useful for many South-East Asian dishes. The soft leaves are not very effective if cooked for any period of time, but when added at the end of cooking or sprinkled over a hot dish before serving the results are delicious!

USES: Add a pinch to stir-fries, curry, or soups. Mix with chopped tomato, chilli, diced onion and lime juice for a quick salsa.

1 tbsp refill = approx 1 grams
4 tbsp refill = approx 8 grams (fits standard supermarket spice jar)
8 tbsp refill = approx 15 grams (fits Spicery stackable tins)
