This month's free sample makes delicious Dan Dan noodles, flavoured with a rich and tangy chilli oil infused with lots of fragrant toasted Sichuan pepper and bright red Chinese chilli flakes. This recipe serves 2, but you can easily scale up the mince and noodles (or add some extra greens if you prefer) to serve 4 - just add an extra splash of water and 1 tbsp soy sauce to the chilli oil and vinegar dressing.
