Absolutely loved this. It was really easy and the taste was amazing. The cucumber added an extra depth to the flavours. We served with plain rice but would go well with noodles

Really glad you enjoyed it! Happy spicing!

My 15 year old son was given this for his 15th birthday and this was the first recipe he cooked. It was delicious! And fun to make with my teenage son!

Wow - very impressive ... and happy birthday!

The perfect Saturday Night meal, an amazingly rich sauce with a nice bit of crushed Sichuan to spice it up! We've already planned next weekends Curry Discoverers Box ready for a birthday feast!

Delish! Good luck with next weekend

Great tasting Chinese stir fry and so easy to make much better than a takeaway. Both me and my husband aren’t cucumber fans but we tried the pickled salad and it worked so well. Will definitely be making this one again.

YUM- everything looks wonderful! This is a favourite at Spicery HQ too!

This was excellent! The sauce had quite the kick which built up over the meal. Glad for the cucumber to cool it down a little ;o)

This was delicious. Easy to cook, Tangy and flavoursome. The nuts finish it off nicely, and my wife enjoyed smashing the cucumber !

This looks delicious, great job! And smashing up a cucumber is a great way to relieve stress and frustration - haha!

Sadly no photo - we forgot to take one as we were all so eager to start eating. This was the 3rd spicery kit that we've tried - the other 2 were curries - so this was a departure for us but again we have given the kit another 10/10.I love the fact that it has a side salad for extra flavour and variety in the meal and my daughter loved it because it didn't have too much sauce. Flavour was great - we love hot food and this didn't disappoint in any way...yum

This looks delicious, great job! And smashing up a cucumber is a great way to relieve stress and frustration - haha!
