Grains of Paradise
A sharp, hot, peppery flavour with delicious elements of cardamon and a distinct freshness and bite. Grains of paradise are small seeds similar to those in a cardamon pod, and can be eaten whole, crushed or ground. The flavour is more subtle and less pungent than pepper but when freshly ground or crushed, no less hot.
