So happy with my Noodle Legend Cookbook and Kit, that I have sent it as a gift to my son, who loves it. His partner runs a professional cooking school, and is very pleased to be cooked for! He can cook to her high standards using the kit. I also sent one to my sister as a birthday present. She and her husband use it all the time. And me? I have all the 'Legends', but I think the Noodle is my current favourite as it's a cuisine I haven't felt confident with cooking before. The recipes are so easy to follow, and the results far out weigh my ability level.
Super little book with all the spices you need a lovely addition to my husbands collection of kits from The Spicery, he’s already cooking me some lovely recipes from it

This is our third box and we are very happy with it. We live quite rurally and can't always access the spices we want to and so find the whole concept of these books and tins quite handy to have in the cupboard and the kids get involved too even if they don't eat everything. Love the northern style dumplings, we now make them in batches to freeze. Excellent for gifting too!

I bought ourselves a kit and gave one as a family gift I’m a takeaway noodles addict and will probably do them at home from now on Delicious!! I was also hopelessly unable to actually open my own ma la spice tin I was sent a replacement within 48 hrs Amazing service and well worth the wait

Have curry and taco legend kits. Made gong bao recipe but added mushrooms. Really tasty

I bought this kit for my daughter and we made the Ginger Chicken with a side of Three Earthly Treasures. Both dishes were delicious! It took us longer to prepare the ingredients than it did to cook the meal. And then we both ate our meals with relish. I can't wait to visit my daughter again, both to see her, but also to try another Noodle Legend meal!

Another family hit! Already have two of Curry legend cookbooks and kits which are fabulous. Saw the noodle legend kit on offer and had to give it a go. Whilst it is slightly more faffy cooking for 4 with the noodle recipes, the results are still fantastic. The actual cooking has been relatively quick so even if doing two batches of 2 meals, the food is always fresh and hot! My only criticism is the kits are so good we never have takeaways anymore as they just don't compare for flavour and taste!

I thought taco legend was great, I thought the curry legends were great, but the noodle legend is amazing, I’d definitely recommend. Ps taco and curry legends are equally amazing)

Amazing recipes, as always, my Daughter Alba was given this box as a gift for her birthday and has been getting more and more adventurous, but she really went for it this christmas eve! Not bad for a 14yr old

I’ve tried a few of The Spicery’s 'Legend' kits before, but this one might be my new favorite. The four spice blends make it so simple to get those authentic flavors without having to buy 20 different jars of spices. I’ve made the Chicken Chow Mein and the Szechuan King Prawns so far, both were absolutely delicious and tasted much fresher than my local takeaway. The book is beautiful with a photo for every single recipe, which makes it really easy to follow. Highly recommend

I bought a How to be a Noodle Legend Cookbook kit for my husband earlier in the year and we have loved cooking the recipes from it so much that I have bought one for my nephew for Christmas. The recipes are easy to follow and we already have several favourites (including King Prawns in Szechuan Sauce and Soy Sauce Chicken). We recently tried the chicken chow mein which went down really well with our daughter. I can't wait for my husband to be out so that I can try one of the noodles for one recipes! We already have the How to be a Curry Legend and the World Curry book and, as with those, the noodle kit is fantastic addition to the kitchen.

I treated myself to this Noodle Legend Cookbook Kit because we love Chinese/Thai food. I've tried two dishes so far and they were both brilliant. We were in such a hurry to eat them, I forgot to take a photo of them!! I love that the spices are already prepared for you which makes it so much quicker to do the recipe. Love it.

Love noodles and Chinese food so treated myself to this. I live in France and this arrived safe with no issues. So far made several noodle dishes and satay. The spice mixes do simplify the whole process and having made a lot of these types of dishes in the past it saves a lot of time and wasted ingredients.

I have bought this as a gift for my daughter who loves Chinese food. I have bought the curry kits previously and they are a great way to make authentic, tasty food very easily. I’ve had a Quick Look at the noodle legend recipes and they look great. I can’t wait to try them out. What a fabulous idea to blend the spices, to save us the job! Excellent

I couldn’t wait to try the recipes and I wasn’t disappointed. My first meal cooked for the family was the Chicken Satay and egg fried rice. It was delicious, it went down really well. Very little was left on the plates. Now m itching do do some more as soon as I can. Well done Spicery another legend book added to my collection.

I was undecided on whether to buy this book as we’re not huge noodle fans but when I saw the October offer I couldn’t resist! We’ve had this kit less than a week and we love it already. So far we’ve had (in the style of a Chinese takeaway!) 36, 62, 148, 168, 186 and none of them have disappointed. I forgot to add the wet ingredients to the skewers but they still turned out great, I’ll have to make them again properly and see what difference it makes

The Spicery is a wonderful company to deal with. This latest cook book and kit are a credit to them. I cannot imagine the hours, days, weeks or months of work involved in bringing it to fruition. This kit is a great way to be able to easily cook a range of Chinese and British Chinese dishes (as expected, as we already have the Curry Legend Veggie Table and World Tour). I like how the book has such variety, from alternatives to instant noodles to much more involved dishes. We've particularly enjoyed the section of more adventurous dishes, which are very much up our street. As a vegetarian, it is always satisfying to find good ways to make them meat-free - so far we've made multiple chicken dishes just by replacing the chicken with torn firm tofu. The only issue we had was that our kit didn't come with the measuring spoon, but support were helpful and said we could have one with a future order.
