Love noodles and Chinese food so treated myself to this. I live in France and this arrived safe with no issues. So far made several noodle dishes and satay. The spice mixes do simplify the whole process and having made a lot of these types of dishes in the past it saves a lot of time and wasted ingredients.
I have bought this as a gift for my daughter who loves Chinese food. I have bought the curry kits previously and they are a great way to make authentic, tasty food very easily. I’ve had a Quick Look at the noodle legend recipes and they look great. I can’t wait to try them out. What a fabulous idea to blend the spices, to save us the job! Excellent

I couldn’t wait to try the recipes and I wasn’t disappointed. My first meal cooked for the family was the Chicken Satay and egg fried rice. It was delicious, it went down really well. Very little was left on the plates. Now m itching do do some more as soon as I can. Well done Spicery another legend book added to my collection.

I was undecided on whether to buy this book as we’re not huge noodle fans but when I saw the October offer I couldn’t resist! We’ve had this kit less than a week and we love it already. So far we’ve had (in the style of a Chinese takeaway!) 36, 62, 148, 168, 186 and none of them have disappointed. I forgot to add the wet ingredients to the skewers but they still turned out great, I’ll have to make them again properly and see what difference it makes

This kit is a great way to be able to easily cook a range of Chinese and British Chinese dishes (as expected, as we already have the Curry Legend Veggie Table and World Tour). I like how the book has such variety, from alternatives to instant noodles to much more involved dishes. We've particularly enjoyed the section of more adventurous dishes, which are very much up our street. As a vegetarian, it is always satisfying to find good ways to make them meat-free - so far we've made multiple chicken dishes just by replacing the chicken with torn firm tofu. The only issue we had was that our kit didn't come with the measuring spoon, but support were helpful and said we could have one with a future order.

Every single thing I’ve made from this so far has been absolutely 10/10. My wife and I are vegan and have found it extremely easy to adapt all of the recipes we’ve tried so far (really simple as the recipes don’t have dairy that I’ve come across) - loads of them are vegan anyway. We’ve just ordered a refill kit as we love it so much and plan new dishes a few times a month. I trialled a few favourites with friends when we hosted a dinner party and they were all blown away. Some of the more classic British “Chinese takeaway” dishes are a million times nicer and more flavourful than a greasy takeaway - it’s given us a new found appreciation and love for East Asian cooking and food

Another excellent offering from the Spicery! I have all the kits (just missing Taco Legend World Tour) and each one is fantastic. Easy to follow recipes which once you are used too, you can adapt even more to your taste (add in extra meat, replace meat with more veg, scale up for batch cooking etc.) I had been hoping for sometime that a Chinese type kit would be in the making and so far Noodle Legend has not disappointed. Although some of the recipes in this kit look a bit daunting with lots of steps, once you try them they are easy with great results. Highly recommend any of the kits from the Spicery for any amateur or advanced chief!!

We are "legend" addicts and have all 5 recipe books so it is no surprise that this latest one is another genius collection of recipes. The kung pao chicken and crispy chilli beef are the current favourites but we have only had the kit for a couple of weeks and so need a bit more time to work our way through the remaining 78 recipes!! As you can see from our spice drawer, it is totally dominated by The Spicery blends.

So far we have tried Hot and Sour Soup, Prawn Toasts and Singapore Noodles all delicious and easy to do. Make the full amount of toasts and freeze them cooked reheat from frozen in Air Fryer. I also love the tin rather than the cardboard box that came with Taco kit, mine is disintegrating already. Ann L

We made a feast from the noodle legend book for friends. We made kung pao, satay chicken, chow mein, egg fried rice and red braised pork and oh my goodness it was all delicious 10/10. Everyone loved it

Yet another brilliant Cookbook Kit - my 3rd!. So far made two very successful noodle dishes. Used Venison instead of beef in one - WOW! These are such fabulous kits, Well thought out, Well presented and it always astonishes me how many dishes that are completely different you can make from these 4 different spice mixes. I love the way the recipes only need a few ingredients to produce a delicious and authentic dish. WELL DONE YOU - WE LOVE IT!

Excellent kit, lots of very good recipes. Only downside is the star anise in the Badian blend is just too strong and overpowers everything else. Think you should reduce this a bit. That aside, I’m loving this.

Lovely tin and the recipes are inspiring. I've tried a couple of the basic recipes at the start of the book and they're definitely going to be part of my midweek meals, which makes me hopeful for the more complicated ones.
