- 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 8 rashers of streaky bacon
- 500g potatoes (any type)
- ½ small white cabbage
- 250g raw beetroot
- 1 onion
- ½ cucumber
- 1 red pepper
- 300ml sour cream
- 40g sugar
- 100g self-raising flour
- 85ml vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
- 4 burger buns
- Oil for frying (sunflower or vegetable oil is best)
