  • Masala Sauce Blend: turmeric, coriander, cumin, fenugreek leaf, Kashmiri chilli, chilli, black cardamon, black pepper, green cardamon, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, mace, bay, nutmeg
  • Poriyal Spices: cumin, brown MUSTARD, nigella, curry leaf, chilli, red lentils
  • Marinade Blend: turmeric, cumin, fenugreek leaf, coriander, garlic, Kashmiri chilli, chilli, coriander leaf, black cardamon, black pepper, green cardamon, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, mace, bay, nutmeg

  • 400g spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 20g butter
  • 75g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 3 tbsp tomato puree
  • 20g desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Rice to serve

I used chicken and chick peas instead of prawns. It was incredibly easy to make and very delicious!

Really lovely curry, some heat to it but not overpowering and still really flavourful! this was great for the whole family, even the kids had some 9mixed with a little extra yoghurt). The spinach side was really tasty too and a great way to get some extra greens in. Will definitely be ordering again
