USES: Infuse in a jar of sugar to and use to gently scent desserts. Lavender is a classic flavouring in or accompaniment to chocolate - infuse the flowers in a custard, cream or chocolate mix. Add a couple of flowers to a cocktail for a summery flavour. Crush the flowers and add to a marinade for seafood or lamb kebabs.
