Long Chilli
The rather dull name 'long' is used to describe the group of bright red, thin-skinned chillies used for a wide variety of dishes. The chilli doesn't have a hugely complex flavour on its own and so can be added either whole, chopped or crushed to virtually any dish.

USES: Add to stir-fries, soups. Fry the whole chillies in oil to start a curry before the other aromatics are introduced.

This company is so reliable. Goods are delivered promptly. Although the spices have not been used as yet, I know that they will not fail my expectations.
Delicious, and gorgeous new boxes but they don't fit in my letterbox...so if Im not in it could be problem and I might have to cancel my sub. They are too long! the old ones were much smaller.And still fitted everything in.
