Cooked long and slow, the lamb was so tender and absolutely delicious. With fresh lemon and mint added at the end the meal was so different than the normal fare. perfect. Thank you for the sample.
Used this for a fridge odds and ends veggie clear out with a handful of chopped apricots thrown in. Really tasty and warming. Only cooked for two so will use the half the pack with lamb in a few weeks - delicious!
That looks delicious and very nutritious! Great shout adding in chopped apricots too- one for us to try ourselves!
Free sample with last months box. Tunisian Mermez Blend. Needed a quick tasty meal on a cold day so used what we had in to create this stew, done in not long over an hour (as we used mainly veg) Delicious with crusty bread and will defiantly order again.
