Gorgeous! I made it with Quorn chunks instead of chicken. It needed a bit more than a splash of water during the simmering stage but was easy to check as it cooks. Will be reordering this one.

We're so pleased to hear how much you enjoyed this one, and that it worked a treat with Quorn chunks as a veggie replacement! It's great that you were easily able to adapt the recipe to add a bit more water as needed - this will vary from person to person depending on ingredients and equipment. Great job!

It was ok but lacked flavour. Also, the method was flawed. You need more than 15 mins for the cherry tomatoes to break down into a sauce if you put them in whole. It took around 30 mins and by that time the meat was dry. Instructions should be changed to quartered or halved cherry tomatoes. Needs more oomph in spice mix.

Sorry to hear that you didn't love this one. This curry does have quite a pulpy sauce (rather than being really smooth), and the tomatoes do need to be mashed up a bit as they cook, as specified in the method. But we appreciate your feedback and our recipe developers will take another look at this one!
