Wasn't really bothered to try this as we've tried many different chilli recipes over the years and thought we had perfected our favourite version. This was better. Definitely the best chilli we have ever eaten!
This was such a delicious meal. A little worried it was going to be too spicy but it really wasn’t. A really nice Friday night treat.

Such a simple recipe but such a scrumptious meal! We left ours cooking a little longer to reduce the liquid a bit and the beef melted into the sauce. We too thought it might be a bit hot with the 4 chilli marking but it was just about ok. And the taste was really rich and sweet so it kinda held back the kick. The side was a nice sharp tangy contrast to the main stew too. Another winned! And even better we have leftovers!
