Make a lovely hot spiced apple juice with this simple blend of sweet cassia flakes, allspice, ginger and cloves - a perfect way to warm up on a cold evening!

Ingredients

  • 500ml Cloudy Apple Juice
  • 500ml Water
  • Sugar
  • 1 portion of Warm to the Core (1 portion/2 tbsp) - PLEASE NOTE IF YOU'RE MAKING A BIGGER BATCH, YOU'LL NEED TO SCALE UP THE FRESH INGREDIENTS IN PROPORTION BUT THE SPICES ONLY BY 2/3 OR IT WILL BE TOO SPICY!

Method

  • Simply boil 1 portion of Warm to the Core together with 500ml of decent quality cloudy apple juice, 500ml water and a pinch of sugar to taste. 
  • Simmer together for a few minutes then strain into a mug.
