Chicken was delicious with pan juices poured over and the squeeze of lemon added to the flavour . Dirty rice was good and super easy to make. The hot sauce was a little too spicy for us tho!!

Everything looks delicious- we love this rich and tangy dish! Sorry to hear you found the sauce a bit too spicy!

This was so tasty, I definitely recommend trying it. My husband doesn’t like things too spicy, so I mixed a bit of the hot sauce with mayonnaise for him.

Everything looks fantastic and that's a great idea using mayonnaise to cool down the sauce a bit!

Absolutely stunning meal made from this kit, I'm not a fan of a lot of heat but really enjoyed the hot sauce, it was full of flavour and the heat didn't last long at all. My husband is a big chilli fan so he drowned his plate in the sauce and he was also very happy! Even the kids really enjoyed it, we used chorizo in the dirty rice which was a big winner and the chicken was sooo tasty in the lovely sauce!

Glad everyone enjoyed this meal! Thanks for sharing and happy spicing!

Another great meal from The Spicery. Lovely Cajun chicken with a great hot sauce. Dirty rice was so tasty, can see us eating a lot of that from now on. Served with Charro Beans, Esquites and pickled red cabbage from the Taco Legend book

YUM looks like a fantastic feast to us, glad you really enjoyed this! Thanks for sharing and happy spicing!

Hats off to the chef- this is seriously spectacular!

Absolutely loved this so much, it was reordered straight away. If it’s too hot for you, serve with a bit of creme fraiche. A real winner. Ordered a few others to try out. If they’re as good as this, every one is a winnner.

Glad you really enjoyed this, hope you enjoy the others just as much too!

Great meal loved the flavour of the chicken and the rice was so flavoursome we used chorizo which gave it a nice smoky taste. The hot sauce added a nice punch of heat which could be adapted to the individuals taste.

Great to hear you really enjoyed this recipe, it's definitely a crowd-pleaser!

Greetings from Michigan! We totally enjoyed making this Cajun Chicken with Dirty Rice for our dinner tonight! It was easy to do with a dinner kit that provided these great spices! We ate like kings before we played board games! Thank you!

I had an old recipe and used the recommendations of Paprika and Parsley with the spare chicken left from my Achari effort and some prawns. I found I needed a little more chicken so took out a pack from the freezer. It was too much so after an amazing Cajun Meal......

This is epic... it looks like the cooking marathon is going the delicious distance!

Great flavour clean plates all round!! The hot sauce worked so well and the jambalaya flavour was really good. Will definitely be making this one again.

It's great to hear everyone enjoyed this, this is a favourite at Spicery HQ too!

We used salmon instead of chicken - very easy and tasty recipe

Yum this looks super, hats off to the chef!

We liked the chicken a lot but it was the hot sauce that stood out as being fantastic.

Fantastic to hear, this smoky and spicy dish is definitely a crowd-pleaser!

Made both chicken and salmon and it was enjoyed by everyone. The flavours were really good. Served it with coleslaw for added veggies, and the leftover hot sauce made for some spicy wraps the next day :o)

Sounds delicious, we're so glad to hear that it went down a treat with the whole family!

Loved this first time round and it also froze well. Leftovers were cooked with the addition of a fried egg and some spring onion. The hot sauce was a bit hot for everyone at home but I liked it

This looks great, Laura - we're so pleased to hear how much you loved this, and that you got to enjoy the leftovers too. Happy spicing!
