Chilli Powder
Made from a blend of fairly hot Indian chillies to give a useful, finely ground powder. Can be used either raw - to finish a dish or in a dressing or seasoning - or for a slow-cooked dish. The powder has more chilli pungency than cayenne but either can be used interchangeably.

USES: Use in a dry seasoning or marinade. Add a pinch of chilli powder to virtually anything from scrambled eggs to pieces of fruit!
