USES: Crush the dill seeds and use to season fillets of baked fish

1 tbsp refill = approx 7 grams
4 tbsp refill = approx 28 grams (fits standard supermarket spice jar)

Fabulous for so many recipes. After Russia I am inot Georgian food.
