Sweet and aromatic, dill seeds are widely used in pickles and vinegars in central and eastern Europe, and also in dishes from as far away as India. The flavour really complements seafood and breads.
Uses: Crush the dill seeds and use to season fillets of baked fish

I have been using the Spicery for many years now from back when it was almost a one man band. I have never had anything less than excellent service from them. Their spices and herbs are very good and free, speedy delivery is a real bonus.
