These dried limes are a favourite in Persian and Arabic cuisines. Baby limes are boiled in salt water then dried in the sun, giving them a beautifully aromatic scent. The resulting flavour is tangy and earthy, with a complexity that the fresh fruit can’t match.

Uses:
Use in a marinade for seafood. Add to curry or a soup for a hint of lemon-like sourness to lift all the flavours. Dried lime also makes a lovely, refreshing tea.

Dried Limes excellent added to soya pieces, chilli, ginger, orange pepper mixed with watercress and bit of cheese. Dried lime mix really add an excellent flavour to dishes.
