USES: Perfect in a dry seasoning for meat or root vegetables. Add a pinch of the hot paprika to soups, sauces, marinades or dressing for colour and a wonderful flavour.

At the last minute I found we had only Black Rice so we used that. The Spinach was a marvel, the Hot Sauce great but the Jambalaya was something else. Fantabuloso!!! The Cava was simply to cool us down. Good excuse!!!!

This spice is excellent. I have been using it for several years and would not be without it. Hot Hungarian Paprika is spicy with heat and flavour but is not sweet like some of the smoked varieties which The Spicery sell. It is brilliant for adding a few teaspoon fulls to chilli con carne or even a curry.The only criticism I have is that the sizes are not big enough so I have to buy several small packs and hope I don't run out. Please think about larger pack sizes.

Good stuff, quickly delivered at a decent price
My order was delivered within a couple of days, packaged so it could drop through the letter box. Everything I ordered was included. I have ordered from The Spicery for the past 2 or 3 years and find their service excellent, their spices always very fresh and beautifully packaged. They are great value for money too and I would recommend them to anyone.
Service (i.e. ordering, delivery) all as efficient as ever. Sad about the move to "sets", "recipes" etc and concomittant drop in number of single spices, herbs etc
