Shopping List

• 500g lamb or beef mince (higher fat content is best) 

• 100g mixed veg (eg carrots, cauliflower, peas, sweetcorn etc (fresh or frozen))

• 2 onions 

• 3 cloves of garlic 

• Fresh ginger 

• 150g natural yogurt (full fast is best)

3 tbsp tomato puree  

• 400g tin of chickpeas 

• 1 tsp sugar 

• 250g basmati or long grain rice
