Mild Curry Powder
A mild, all purpose Madras-style curry powder with a really good depth of flavour and colour. Makes a very good Korma-style curry on its own or add a pinch of chilli or more black pepper to make a hotter mix. Alternatively, use the curry powder in conjunction with the garam masala and add at the end of cooking to add heat and fragrance.

USES: Mild curries! Add a pinch to vegetable soups, stews or fried singapore noodles (We recommend 1 tsp per person)
INGREDIENTS: Coriander, cumin, black pepper, fenugreek, turmeric, ginger, yellow MUSTARD, cinnamon, cloves, chilli
Allergens are listed in CAPITALS. May contain sesame and celery
1 tbsp refill = approx 8 grams
4 tbsp refill = approx 32 grams (fits standard supermarket spice jar)
8 tbsp refill = approx 64 grams (fits Spicery stackable tins)
