  • Pico De Gallo Blend: Mexican oregano, cumin, green bell pepper, coriander leaf, thyme, green chilli
  • Green Sauce Blend: Mexican oregano, cumin, green bell pepper, coriander leaf, thyme
  • Red Sauce Blend: ancho chilli, guajillo chilli, pasilla chilli, red bell pepper, paprika, chipotle chilli, smoked paprika, green chilli

Shopping List
  • 600g diced chicken (thighs are best)
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 30g bunch of coriander
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green pepper (or 3 green chillies if you prefer more heat)
  • 2 limes
  • 100g cheddar cheese
  • 200g tinned tomatoes (½ a standard-size tin)
  • 1 stock cube (any type)
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps (about 20cm in diameter)
  • Sour cream to serve
