USES: Stir into sauces, soups or stews. Add a pinch to mashed potato, rice or couscous just before serving. Mix with softened butter with garlic, lemon and a pinch of salt to make a useful flavoured butter.

1 tbsp refill = approx 1 grams
4 tbsp refill = approx 6 grams (fits standard supermarket spice jar)
