Not a 'true' pepper but the fruit of a related plant, pink peppercorns have a stunning colour and a very mild, sweet flavour. The berries are fairly oily and will not grind or crush easily unless combined with a drier spice or salt. The berries can be eaten whole and in this form add an exotic colour and interesting flavour to your food.

USES: Add to sauces - particularly creamy sauces - for fish or steak. Add to marinades or dressings.
ORIGIN: Mauritius
1 tbsp refill = approx 6 grams
4 tbsp refill = approx 16 grams (fits standard supermarket spice jar)
8 tbsp refill = approx 19 grams (fits Spicery stackable tins)
