The typical bright red colour of tandoori chicken is often achieved by using food colouring, but here the spiced yogurt marinade contains plenty of vibrant Kashmiri chilli powder for a more natural colour and fantastic depth of flavour.

  • Pilau Blend: brown MUSTARD, turmeric, coriander, cumin, fenugreek leaf
  • Chicken Marinade Blend: coriander, cumin, Kashmiri chilli, paprika, smoked paprika, turmeric, garlic, amchur, salt, ajowan, mint, black pepper, ginger, asafoetida, fenugreek, fenugreek leaf
