“Essential Chicken Adobo” is an absolute winner, with tender chicken simmered in a rich, tangy sauce that hits all the right notes of savoury comfort. As for the missing portion in the photo, let’s just say it was a matter of quality control, and I can confirm it passed with flying colours!

Chocolate in a meat dish is a new experience for me and Billy and boy are we impressed. This dish has all the feel good ingredients you can shake a stick at. Chocolate, fruit and nuts and lots of the amazing ancho blend. The after meal feeling is so satisfying. Thank you guys. It tasted utterly delicious.

It was lovely to include a Taco Legend recipe to my current love of all things on a skewer. We had ours with a spicy tomato salsa from the World Tour collection and some really simple add on. The pineapple really kept the meat beautifully moist and added a delicious sweetness to the dish. Fabulous for summer at home, in the garden or on the road in a camper. Thank you guys for another great meal which was both fun and easy to make

Wholesome, tasty and very satisfying. If I hadn't made this myself I dont think I would have spotted that it's a meat free dish. Very easy to put together and I love that the sauce can be made in the morning before work or ahead of a busy day. Perfect. Thanks guys

I loved that these corn tortillas are naturally gluten-free – such a win if you're serving anyone avoiding gluten but still want something proper tasty. You do need to get some Masa Harina to make them, but honestly, it's totally worth it. They’re way better than the pre-packaged stuff, and once you try them, you’ll never go back.

Incredibly flavoursome. This has to be the very best version of this classic dish that I have ever made. It really proves just how excellent the spicery spices are. We thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful. It was also wonderfully easy to make and that makes it a perfect mid week treat. Thank you guys

This was enjoyed very much by three generations! The only modification to the recipe needed, was to swap the green peppers for red to appease our grandson!
