Our Orégano Blend is the one that gives a herby, earthy fragrance to the recipes in our Taco Legend cookbooks. Mexican oregano is far more powerful and fragrant than the standard Mediterranean oregano we’re used to in Europe, and in its dried form is a crucial flavouring in Mexican cooking. We’ve blended it with roasted cumin, epazote, green pepper and coriander leaf to make a lovely balanced, savoury herb mix that can be used in all kinds of Taco Legend dishes.

Love the Orégano blend. Use it all the time - a small sprinkle here and there adds much more than a pinch of plain oregano.
I received the Taco Legend Kit for Christmas. The first recipe that I tried was the Mexican Slaw in the How To Be A Taco Legend book (page 234) which call for the Organo Blend. This is the Bomb!! Absolutely, the best slaw I have ever had, I can't stop making it. Thank You!!
