A super-rich, creamy indulgence. I see now why this is in the favourites section of the book, I recommend this one.

Delicious cubes of grilled paneer flavoured with a yogurt marinade and then swirled into a rich, creamy sauce - what's not to love about this indulgent dairy extravaganza (unless you're lactose intolerant of course!). So happy to hear how much you enjoyed this one, Kevin!

A delicious 5/5 for this week's curry night meal but 3/5 for my implementation for burning the crispy onions

Oops - don't worry, it's easily done! We're so pleased to hear that you loved this indulgent egg curry despite the slightly too crispy onions!

5/5

An easy to make but very tasty meal. As a sidenote I'm really enjoying the veggie Spicery kit my daughter got me for Christmas, so much so I've just had to order my first set of blend refills.

This looks fab, Kevin - we're so pleased to hear how much you're enjoying using your Veggie Table Cookbook Kit. Kudos to your daughter for the great gift! We hope you continue to discover lots of new dishes with your fresh new set of spice refills!

Love this dish! It’s the first one I tried from my new veg book and it didn’t disappoint!

Looks great, Emily! We hope you love discovering loads of new veggie favourites in your new cookbook!

For this week's curry night a super indulgent taste sensation. With Garlic and Coriander Rice a perfect addition. Thoroughly recommend this one.

This looks fantastic, Kevin - definitely Indian restaurant quality! We're so pleased to hear how much you enjoyed it!

Eating your 5 a day is whole lot easier with this tasty comfort food. I will be making some of this especially for lunch at work. The carrot and cauliflower make this dish hearty without being heavy on the belly. Absolutely perfect as daytime tasty nourishment.

Sounds like a perfect lunch dish, packed full of nourishing veggies! Happy spicing!

Delicious veggie recipe. A little on the hot side but perfect for some inner body heat on a cold February night. Served with basmati rice with a little added haldi blend to add colour and flavour.

This looks like the perfect meal to warm you up on a chilly evening - we're so pleased to hear how much you enjoyed it, Kevin!

"I wasn’t expecting these poppadoms to be easy to make, but I was very pleasantly surprised. They’re not as crispy as shop-bought ones, but they’re so much more flavoursome! They also have a bit of an after-kick from the Mirchi - a true taste sensation!"

These look fantastic, Robin - great job making your own poppadoms! We're pleased to hear that they weren't quite as intimidating as you thought they might be (and of course that they tasted great, too!)

5/5

This is a delightful dish to include in a curry banquet, as it provides a striking contrast in colour, flavour, and texture to many curries. It is also delicious in its own right.

Thanks for sharing your beautiful-looking Courgette Kadhi. We very much agree it makes a fantastic addition to any Curry Legend spread!

5/5

Although butternut squash is not among my top ten favourite vegetables, I have to say Achari Kaddu is easily one of my top ten vegetable curries. It has a deliciously sweet, earthy flavour that took me by surprise.

We're glad to hear you persevered with this recipe despite reservations with butternut squash! Your achari kaddu looks so delicious

Love this amazing simple curry! We made it with beans and added a balti (in our balti bowl!) on the side. Yum!

This looks like a fantastic spread guys, great job! We especially love the balti in its proper balti bowl!

What do you do when you have a surplus of aubergines? You reach for your "Curry Legend Veggie Table" cookbook! This time, we tried the Aubergine and Potato Dopiaza (p. 32) and the Goan Brinjal (p. 148). Both dishes were distinct and equally delicious. It was double aubergine and double thumbs-up from us!

This looks like a auber-genius creation, hats off to the chef!

4/5

Very tasty dish we used Cavolo Nero instead of the spinach and this worked very well.

Yum! This looks like a really delightful and delicious dish!

5/5

I've made these a few times, but these are my first attempt to freeze them for a "Curry Night" in a few weeks time. I hope they're as good as usual once reheated!

These look like brilliant Bhajis to us - you can pop them in the oven / air fryer to crisp up nicely!

5/5

I had more chard than spinach today so chard bhajii it was. Probably the best my chard has ever tasted. I may need to plant a lot more.

This dish looks off the 'chards' on the deliciousness scale!!

5/5

I am a huge fan of the meat version of Dopiaza from "How to be a Curry Legend". I wondered if the vegetarian version would be as good. I am delighted to report yes it is!

Yum! This delicious Dopiaza looks veg-tastic!

4/5

I had spinach needing used up, so I tried Saag Bhaji. It is a very simple dish with few ingredients, but makes a good side dish.

It's great to hear you enjoyed this spectacular spinach dish!

5/5

Such a simple dish with just a few ingredients, yet a beautiful fresh and delicate flavour.

It's great to hear how much you enjoyed this summery dish!

5/5

I was surprised how tasty the Palak Dhal was. There was a slight bite to the lentils which made them satisfying. I enjoyed them with Lamb Dopiaza and Saag Paneer.

It's great to hear how much you enjoyed this Palak Dhal - sounds like a perfect combination to us!

5/5

The Tandoori Blend is a family favourite, we often have it with chicken but gave the Cauliflower a go. Great recipe. Lovely mild flavour seemed to suit the veggie goodness

Yum! It's great to hear you enjoyed this terrific, Tandoori cauliflower!
