We made Dhansak, Jeera rice, chilli garlic chutney. All great! We used pre-cooked prawns for the Dhansak though. next time we might go for raw.

I just love the smell of fried onions. This dish comes with beautiful colours and a soundtrack. The pan has to get there quick but it is well worth effort. The waft, the sound and the bright colours are a feast in themselves. Looking forward to having this dish with some barbeque favourites in the summer. Thank you guys.

This balti really hit the spot. I just love Methi Blend sprinkles. Not quite the Boxing Day balti because we didn't have it on Boxing Day and I always remove the turkey legs before cooking at Xmas. So we had a turkey balti cooked in the usual way.I hadd prepared this early and after a day at our allotment it was the perfect dish to come home to. We paired it with the delicious Begali Mustard Curry and we enjoyed every last scrap of our hearty meal. This year we are Spicery feasting all the way to New Year and I have a feeling we will be doing the same next year too. Thanks again guys and I have to say it again, i just love the Methi Blend sprinkles at the end

Christmas time is pickles time for me and what a way to kick off the celebrations. We paired this with a bhuna, achari keema and some easy veg. This pickle added a complimentary dimension to every component of our meal. I could eat this all day long. Easy and delish. Thank you guys.

When the guys walked in the front door they were tantalised by the Methi Blend aromas before they even reached the kitchen. We all dished up straight from the pan while it was still sizzling. It went down a treat. 3 of us ate the lot. Delicious.

The konkani green curry is amazing! Highly recommended. We have made it for two friends now and it is a winner. We also made the vindaloo here, which is also good, and the tomato pachadi, which was pleasant and easy to make.

Lamb Dopiaza is always delicious. We managed to restrain ourselves from eating it all last night and were rewarded with even more flavour this evening!

Tonight's feast. Curry legend staple keema matar with two tasty sides. Paneer cooked in the airfryer and accompanied with wholemeal chapati and mango chutney. As we say round here - bostin'.

It was a present for my boyfriend who thinks it is the best present ever...all we have eaten is curry since. The recipes are easy to follow and taste amazing couldn't recommend more highly!
Loved the cookbook, the illustrations and the instructions. Tried out one of the recipes and made a nan bread from scratch for the first time which was delicious. The selection of spice mixes made the food very straightforward to make.
Very good value, the gift was loved by the recipient. I was kicking myself for not having bought one and they had run out when I enquired.

The book is really clear (lots of photos), engaging and well designed. The recipes are great as usual: we have the monthly subscription to curry spices and it is great to try something a little bit different, but on the same "theme"
