All of the dishes were from a mixture of the Curry Legend original book and the Curry Legend chef specials book and they were all incredible!! 10/10! Our guests were blown away!

A firm favourite for my husband and I. I can’t believe how much we use to pay for this with takeouts! Never again! So so good and just the right amount of heat! We love it with pilau rice and (my absolute favourite side) saag aloo.

An absolutely outstanding curry. Just had it for the second time and it's delicious. I used sea bass. A lovely rich flavour not overwhelmed by the coconut. Will definitely cook again.

I made midweek curry chicken korma and mango chutney. Cooking for a young man with autism and sensory issues with food is challenging. He enjoyed the curry and the mango chutney was tasty.

We had a bit of an experiment with our leek bhajis. We did them in the air fryer. Even though they are slightly different we thought they tasted fab. I hope to perfect this technique so we can have them as easy snacks.

Great job adapting the recipe to make leek bhajis instead of onion - this looks and sounds fantastic! We'll have to give it a try ourselves!

Classic. This dish is curry bliss. Just the right heat and packed with flavour. We had ours with Winter Veg Korma - that we already had in the freezer - and some lemon rice. I prepared it in the morning because we had a busy day and it was a real winner after being on the go. Delicious. Thank you guys

It's been too long since I last made this, and it was even better than I remembered. I love the way the tomatoes seem to melt into the delicious, buttery sauce. It’s got a slight kick to it, too. It's a classic and utterly delicious. Thank you, Spicery!

Delicious. I always love a teaspoon of methi blend added after cooking. The lemon in this dish with the the lemon rice (as suggested) was simply super. Not a scrap left over and we will certainly be having this again. Thank you guys for yet another dinner time success.

We had a get together with 15 work colleagues, where everything served was fresh out of the spicery cook books, we’re pleased to say it did not disappoint. In total we cooked 10 separate recipes. Everyone complimented how amazing the recipes were, with a few leaving at the end of the night new members of the spicery! You guys are the best!

Loved the cookbook, the illustrations and the instructions. Tried out one of the recipes and made a nan bread from scratch for the first time which was delicious. The selection of spice mixes made the food very straightforward to make.

The book is really clear (lots of photos), engaging and well designed. The recipes are great as usual: we have the monthly subscription to curry spices and it is great to try something a little bit different, but on the same "theme"
