  • 500g diced chicken (thighs are best)
  • 300g mixed veg (eg carrots, cauliflower, peas, sweetcorn etc (fresh or frozen))
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 250g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 50g butter
  • 100ml milk (any type)
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 50g raisins or sultanas
  • 250g basmati rice

Not one of my favourites but still very good. The Chicken Biryani is excellent - like really good but we were not massive fans of the vegetable curry. Just us. In all probability there could have been user error!

Possibly the best kit yet. Followed the recipe to the letter apart from leaving out the dried fruit (it's not a cake
