Very tasty. We had this with simple air fried fries (in a chilli oil) and a lime raita. We really loved the uplifting lime and lemon grass flavours on our spicey take on fish 'n chips. Also a great way to use up some my frozen beans from an allotment glut. We will certainly have this delicious curry again. Thanks again guys.

Wow, we love the idea of pairing this fish dish with chilli-infused fries to make a spicy version of fish and chips! This is one we'll have to try ourselves - looks great!

This is a great book to read with fascinating historical context. So far I’ve only cooked one recipe - The Durban Butter Chicken - It was delicious!

This was my first attempt at Caribbean cooking inspired by my recent visit to Bristol It was very tasty but next time I will use chicken thighs with the bone still in. Perfect for a rainy day especially with a rum cocktail. it comes from Curry legend world tour

I am always willing to try a different rice recipe for a change. As I had some coconut milk needing used up, I gave this a try. I was delighted at the results, the rice was perfect texture. (Possibly my most successful to date!) The flavour was pleasant but the coconut was much more subtle than I expected. I think the South Indian Coconut Rice from "Curry Legend Chef's Specials" is more impressive in terms of flavour.

I enjoyed this Sri Lankan Mallung from Curry Legend World Tour Page: 197. It is simple but elevates the humble cabbage to a delicious side dish.

All made from the legends books Miris Malu curry Bombay potatoes Mushroom Bhaji Onion Bhaji Lime Pepper Sauce Nans and pops bought A feast was had by all

I made a chicken version of the Miris Malu. I must do the fish version of this too. I was attracted to the full on spice portions but stuck to only 3 tsp of mirchi which was just right for me. Very tasty dish. Thanks guys

Wow, made this with my big pack of drumsticks. I bought them because I didnt have much cash but thanks to spicery spices, recipes and store cupboard bits and pieces I am feasting my way through a lean time. So sweet and tasty. The pineapple also makes it juicy and refreshing. Thank you guys. Just love this.

Aw, this is incredible. I bought lots of chicken drumsticks and used my amazing spicery spices for a tasty cookathon. This dish is rich and flavoursome beyond anything I expected. Can't wait to cook this again and I haven't even finished this pot of deliciousness.

Made the slightly out of date Hang Lay curry kit last night - ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Anxious about the quantity of garlic in the dish but it absolutely works. A really tasty and interesting curry with sweet and sour notes. Wanted to buy a few more kits but sadly none available so i will just have to follow spice recipe on kit base. Mouth still watering at the memory of the taste. Well done all at the Spicery!

My most recent purchase is the Curry Legend World Curry book, there are so many recipes to choose from but I eventually settled on Beef Rendang. I was certainly not disappointed, so rich in flavour and ideal for cooking outdoors on the BBQ.

Yum! Looks like an un-grill-ievable meal, plus the garden looks 'grate'!

The incredible variety of flavours from 4 little pots of spices never ceases to impress me. This was really good. Coupled with a simple salad with lemon and some homegrown beetroot this rich dish went down a treat. Billy loved the crunchy coating and sweet sauce. I loved cooking it. Thank you guys. Love a good fish curry, and this one is another fantastically simple but delicious recipe. Spicy and satisfying - great with a cod/smoked haddock/prawn combination!

This looks great, plus the patterned plate really adds to the presentation!

Ooh this is good. Love the nutty creaminess with heat. We had our penang with chilli salted mango and plain rice. Billy said in his opinion this was one of the tastiest. It was delicious.

Sweet and juicy with a bit of a kick. The combination of pineapple and salt sounded a bit way out but all of the ingredients blended beautifully. I will enjoy having this as a snack in the hot days of summer. Thank you guys for showing me such a different way to blend taste sensations.
